In a short span of 37 years, Mr Siraj Ahamed has come a long way from the desks of high finance at Grindlays Bank to pioneering the apartment revolution in Coastal Karnataka.
The Chairman & Managing Director of the IN-Land Group is now considered a doyen of the Real Estate and Construction industry in the state. A recognition aptly reflected in his position as Joint Secretary (South) of CREDAI-Karnataka.
The companies that he built reflect many traits of his own personality – an altruistic vision to provide affordable housing to his fellow citizens; an emphasis on sincerity in dealing with every customer and business associate; a relentless, never-give-up energy; and a deep desire to constantly bring new technology and ideas into the home-building industry.

Dynamic entrepreneur and Director of the In-Land Group Meraj Yusuf learnt the ropes of the construction industry after his engineering degree from MIT and management degree from Brisbane, Australia. While doing so he also noticed the huge untapped potential in the interior design industry.
Wahaj Yusuf
Executive Director
An architect from MIT, Manipal, Wahaj Yusuf interned in his father's successful construction business and handled different aspects of the property development projects. Soon after his Master’s Degree from Brunel University, London he embarked on a quest to bring globally innovative window technologies to India.
