An architect from MIT, Manipal, Wahaj Yusuf interned in his father's successful construction business and handled different aspects of the property development projects. Soon after his Master’s Degree from Brunel University, London he embarked on a quest to bring globally innovative window technologies to India. He established In-land Engineering Industries with brand name InGlaze, a company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of precision-engineered uPVC & System Aluminium windows and glazing, and one of the first of its kind in the state.

With machinery imported from Italy and with technical tie-ups with leading window system manufacturers from Greece and Korea, Wahaj established a sleek new factory at Peenya, Bangalore with enough capacity to cater to the whole of Karnataka.
Sustained awareness campaigns and hard work on the ground saw InGlaze manufacturing and installing over 5,00,000 sqft of high quality uPVC and system aluminum windows across Karnataka to an impressive list of clientele including, but not limited to, private developers, top architects,premium government projects, HNI villas, health care and educational institutions.
Wahaj's efforts to bring about a change in the state's window and glazing sector was recognized when he was awarded the "Emerging Young Entrepreneur" award at the MSME Conclave, Karnataka in December 2019.
A true testament to the popularity and success of InGlaze is the plans Wahaj is making to expand manufacturing capacity four-fold by moving to new premises in North Bangalore. Next in Wahaj's sight is a national presence, which given his unwavering focus is not far in the future.
