After serving a couple of years at ‘The Grindlays Bank’ in Doha-Qatar, a dynamic and workholic, Mr Siraj Ahamed had a humble beginning in real estate business in the name of “IN-LAND REAL ESTATE”, Mangalore.  Despite, he was not short on confidence and his relentless efforts and hard work resulted in the rapid growth of the company and it turned out to be one of the most reliable real estate consultants in the south.  

After gaining vast experience in the field of real estate, Siraj stepped into the construction business in the name of “IN-LAND BUILDERS” and has not looked back since. This actively involved him in the construction of commercial and residential projects, thereby making him one among the reputed builders. With the increasing success in Mangalore the company widened its area of operations taking Bangalore and Mysore into its fold. Over the past two decades, the company has grown significantly both in terms of assets and turnover establishing a considerable presence in the Construction industry in the cities of Mangalore, Bangalore and Mysore. With the ambition to expand and to remain competitive in the corporate world of construction he has launched a pvt. Ltd. Company under the Companies Act 1956 in the name of “In-Land Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd.” having its registered office at Bangalore and Corporate office in Mangalore. With his hard work, sincere efforts and good public rapport Siraj has blossomed into a successful energetic businessman. With sincerity and hard work he eyes on making success as his life long companion.
